Cinematography – Elements of Cinematic Expression with Peter Wunstorf.
yup. the title tells it :)
although it wasnt really midnight yet. it was just around 10plus, 11pm. haha(:
thanks asha for teman-ing on friday! i was just too bored; and we didnt wanna go home after dinner, at mcd’s.
so sad cuz our first plan was to drive to kl to find joyce- just for fun. were in a mood for a road trip!
but joysss potong stim :( plan gagal.
then, we called sherree and she couldnt come out as well. sad again
then, planned to go to ss2 for supper, but we just ate so we were stuffed!
last resort, we called/ she called a friend out and he was watching a movie so tak jadi.
how come ar? so many gagal’s in just 15 minutes, or less.
in the end, we had- well, i had the most fun ever!
went back to asha’s place and took out her d60- then we drove to the curve, cineleisure and had soo much fun camwhoring. there were 100+ pics of just the two of us. we had lotsa fun :)

we went for pool! havent seen him in awhile :(
his finals are next week. and then he has this 3 month holiday. wth?? thats tooo long! not fair :(
my pool skills are lousy now. but i still managed to beat him once, and reza once. haha :)
we all werent playing that well last nite. haha
anyway! yes, i finaly got the pictures from fifi’s camera!! :):)- from the gathering lar duh
it was soo fun srsly. but b4 we left for the party, we had a small change of plan, which was to go to the Sunway Medical Centre to visit our dear Cheryl; she was admitted for hvng fever for 4 days and etc.
she must be fine now :)
well we finally started our journey to zakh’s place, in cyberjaya!
none of us hv been there b4, and in the end, i became the one leading all of them, and hey even with a few wrong turns, i still managed to bring us there- safely :)
asha; joyce; and mimi were in my car. we had fun on the way too. i drove so slow cuz hafiz’s car ber-problem, anyway drove so slow it literally felt like we were going sight-seeing. saw a gingerbread house, a hut, and limkokwing etc. haha :x
anyways! zakh’s place is soo nice and comfy. just nice for 2, maximum 3 ppl. haha
all of us, including ahfatt; marianne and anisa who werent from CD75-1 but ahh we had fun anyways. who cares. haha a few people didnt turn up, but its ok too. had fun anyways. who cares? haha
i brought sparkling juice and a coke. ha ha ha
look at all the food! O_O we were stuffed that night but now i regret not eating that last pizza; im so hungry now! :(
we were mostly just hanging out eating; drinking; talking; and playing this game called- “I’ve not…”
where for example; i say “I’ve not went clubbing before”- (anisa’s one, i think)
and if its not true; i take a sip from my cup. so if you see me drinking after I just said that; it means its not true. and if you see Asha drinking, then you’ll know she’s been clubbing before. and all. etc la. you get it? its such a fun and easy game, though after awhile and so many people, you just run out of ideas. haha :)
then camwhore session- duh so many photographers in the house. haha
but nah this was just awesome tripod work. haha :x

but yeah mostly was just us hanging out and eating and talking and camwhoring. haha (:

i bought new perfume! miracle; lancome.
guess what. RM100 only! for 50ml.
have been wanting to get this for along time d, but i still love my kenzo more la <3
and this time, so cheap! :)
i bought it frm my friend’s gf. shes helping out her friend – stock clearance. all original! :)

day01.
reached at 8am! started at arnd 10am.
but it was so worth the wait :)
what i learnt from;
i. ROHAN THOMAS- Windows rocks! haha sorry Mac users :b
ii. NEVILLE BRODY- must be daring! and dont be afraid to use different types of colors. his typography is awesome! and mastered the BLENDING TOOL too, haha. i sound like such a geek.
iii. WILLIAM HARALD-WONG- i call him naga-man. t’was like SEA culture class but with pics:)
iv. CHRIS LEE- is AWESOME and is soo fun! too bad i didnt get to talk to him. everytime i wanted to, he looked so busy i didnt dare :b
and….. tada! last speaker of the day,
v. KENYA HARA- out of this world, genius conceptual designer. MUJI/emptiness. EMPTINESS is NOT SIMPLE. SIMPLICITY is NOT EMPTINESS. vy important :)
day02.
woke up late! but still managed to reach in time!:)
today was even more f***knggg AWESOME!
i. VINCE FROST- he is awesome. his work is great.
ii. ANDY ALTMAN- awesome too! haha love his videos. he makes everything look great. like, srsly. haha:) too bad i had to pee during his presentation quite badly (and i was too paiseh to walk away) so i didnt really concentrate hard enough during his presentation :b haha
iii. DIXONBAXI- okay. srsly people. I LOVE them! i love Aporva Baxi. i’m in love <3 haha
they are just great! its like a 2-man team and award winning. damn GENG :D
*ps. BAXI reminds me of SURESH frm [heroes]. i love him. hahaha :b
and favourite speaker EVER.
iv. PAUL HUGHES- ilovehim. i love him. his method of teaching is so cool! its like, LIVE DEMO. he was drawing and there was LIVE VIDEO of what he was drawing. more of a lecture than a talk, and haha and he’s so funny.

“step out of the context, and talk about the context.”
“look beyond the immediate value.”
you have to be there to understand that! :b he’s just awesome. more of a THINKER than a designer to me. my IDOL. haha
